Does anyone know how to identify authors when you are publishing a 2nd edition (nonfiction) and a new author has updated the original author's work (original author knew this was being done). We want to include both authors, but are not sure how to identify. Any suggestions? Also, we plan on including bios for both, but does anyone have any thoughts about that?
